After years of looking after my family and struggling with a never ending list of cleaning tasks, I decided I would tackle the problem head on and learn how to clean properly and thoroughly.

❓ How Much Does It Cost?
Our Residential Cleaning Service typically costs $50 per hour with the amount of time needed depending on the size and state of the home.
❓ Can I Pay Per Visit Rather Than Per Hour?
Once we have cleaned for you we will be better able to estimate the time needed to clean professionally and we can work out a per visit cost with you.
❓ Can I Trust Your Cleaners?
Our cleaners are trained well and are background checked before we take them on so you can relax and trust in the process.
❓ Will The Clean Be Thorough?
Our cleaners will be as thorough as possible in the time allotted. For example, making sure that vacuuming in corners is completed and ensuring high-touch areas are cleaned.
❓ Will I Get The Same Cleaner Each Time?
We will try to ensure that your experience remains of a high standard and consistent and will assign a regular cleaner to you. If for whatever reason we need to change your cleaner we will let your know before hand so there are no surprises.
❓ Can I Reschedule My Clean?
Yes! Just let us know at least 24 hours before your clean is due so that we can reschedule.
❓ What Happens If No-one Is Home?
If no-one is home when your cleaner arrives or the cleaner cannot enter the property for whatever reason, we may need to charge a no-show fee in order to cover costs.
❓ What Is Included In A Regular Clean?
A regular clean will generally involve cleaning bathrooms (surfaces, bath, shower, basin and taps, mirror etc)
Kitchen (surfaces, sink and taps, cupboard doors etc). Living areas and bedrooms dusted and vacuumed.
❓ What About Doors, Skirting Boards etc?
Generally if required these areas will be cleaned on a rotation basis every four visits or so if the cleaner has time available.
❓ What About Interior Windows?
We can do windows if required. If you mention your requirements when you call for a quote then we can discuss this as part of your clean.
❓ What If I Have Pets?
If you have pets in your house it may take us longer to clean as pet hair and dander can be time consuming to remove effectively.
